i came home yesterday and my mom greeted me with, "hi, i have some bad news. your auntie jojo died."

she was struggling with cancer so in a way, her death was bittersweet. bitter 'cuz she's gone and left her husband and 2 (older) kids behind. sweet, because she doesn't have to live in pain anymore and can be with God.

pray for her family. we'll be going up next Friday for the funeral.
